Return Process

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging; please note that for hygiene reasons, opened underwear packages cannot be returned.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely pack your items, ensuring the original packing slip is included inside the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
